Extensive Excision and Reconstruction of Facial / Neck Lesions.

Case of a recurrent SCC with Orocutaneous fistula involving Rt.hemiface, Neck, Maxilla, Mandible, Zygoma previously undergone WME, MRND,PMMC followed by RT CT,had recurrence within 4 months after treatment, treated at another Cancer center. Post recurrence CT was given over 9 cycles with reluctance to operate. Enboc excision done- hemimandibulectomy, Maxillectomy, Partial Zygomectomy done,reconstructed with ALT 22x14 cm size, Contralateral SOHD neck dissection done. Challenges were finding vessel's for the anastomosis under PMMC flap & previous MRND with RT.
